The instructions don’t show the rubber spacers. Not a big deal but take note when removing the old lever Make sure you install the new lever the correct way that the safety pedal actually functions. The idea is the new safety pedal will prevent the arm from dropping unexpectedly.

This is frustrating. Everybody is asking about how to raise the whole thing up, and no answer from whoever posted the video. Yes we understand how to adjust the horizontal part which moves up and back, or forward and down as shown in the video, but how can can we raise the whole assembly up? It used to be one big screw going down from the top part in other models, but not this one, and the videos focuses on one thing and ignores the other functions. Please go over all adjustments in this area as requested multiple times in many comments.

I’ve used my water rower for about 10 years and it’s a great machine, but the seat desperately needs to be redesigned. At the moment, I had to flip the seat then add a concept 2 foam pad to make it feel better. Please come out with a new seat design.

I just shake my head and grin when someone post that the Mamba is an entry level bike. I ride a 2013 Mamba and at 75 I'm not at entry level. Before the Mamba I rode two full suspension bikes, the Giant Warp and the Specialized XC. The other day I crashed my Mamba as seen in my video, it survived with just a few scratches = no issues. Bought this bike in April second hand and I thought it was only 5 years old as the condition looked brand new. Now I know it’s 12 years old. Anyway I’m very impressed with how smooth and how good the performance is. I’ve cycled 1600km so far and not one issue. I’ve reached nearly a top speed of 60kph so far.

This video was garbage. In addition to the right side bolt, the front/center bolt must also be loosened. Also it's 5mm, not 6. If I could give this a middle finger instead of a thumbs down I would. The good news is that this shop is far enough away where I'll never accidentally use them.

Do you have to loosen the left side bolt? I loosened the right bolt as you had, but it didn't allow the stem to go up/down. The left side bolt stems really tough to move

If i want to change the freehub to a cassette , what specs do i need for a compatible replacement? do you stock a 9 speed cassette that would fit?

i'm not a bike mechanic but i would assume if the front wasnt moving to next loosen the side boot a TAD. seems like that would make everything easier.

Thats one of the things that pissed me off about my '12: "Shimano 105" but NOT THE CRANK or the CASSETTE. On this one, you missed the 105 BRAKES and the "mystery meat Shimano" crank. I still ride my '12 4.5...LOVE IT. But replaced the: "Shimano" triple with a "105" double and an Ultegra cassette & chain. And a Specialized Romin Evo Saddle.
